We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, and specifications.
Slight variations in colors or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production processes.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes are included or clearly identified in accordance with the relevant tax rules.
Shipping charges and any additional mandatory fees are displayed before the customer confirms their order.
SLAVIC STUDIO reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted.
4. Orders
Customers may place orders through our online store.
Before confirming an order, customers can review their selected products, quantities, delivery information, and total price.
An order confirmation is sent by email after the order has been placed.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform the customer and provide an appropriate refund.

Production begins following order confirmation and payment validation.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, available delivery methods, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Applicable statutory delivery rights remain fully protected.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.
8. Right of Withdrawal

The fact that a product is printed after an order is placed does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
Goods made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the applicable legal requirements are met.
9. Returns and Refunds
Customers exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal are entitled to reimbursement in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds include the eligible purchase price and standard outbound delivery charges where legally required.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or evidence of their return is provided.
Refunds are normally issued using the original payment method.
