Returns & Refund Policy

At SLAVIC STUDIO, our products are carefully prepared and some items are printed on demand.

Please read our Returns & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. No Voluntary Returns or Exchanges

SLAVIC STUDIO does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences beyond customers’ statutory rights.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Some products are produced only after an order has been placed.

Standard printed-to-order products remain subject to applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

Products made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Eligible consumers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

Customers must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of their withdrawal.

Direct return shipping costs may be borne by the customer only if this was clearly communicated before purchase, as required by law.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the matter.

We will provide the remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided where required by applicable consumer law, including valid statutory withdrawals and remedies for non-conforming goods.

Refunds are normally issued through the original payment method.
